German Lam: Master Chef

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the working with Glam Foods and experiencing firsthand the culinary artistry of Chef German Lam. As the cofounder of Tsoi/Kobus & Associates Architects and the Principal in Charge on the new Culinary Arts Building at Johnson & Wales, I have worked closely with both the faculty and several fine students. In this capacity, I have been afforded the opportunity to interact with many outstanding individuals in the culinary field.

Chef German Lam was instrumental in the success of a party given recently at my home for 60 guests. He was the leader of the culinary staff which provided a large number of outstanding menu items for the event. He displayed a passion for great food and demonstrated the culinary skills of a Master Chef.

German is an intelligent, capable, and personable gentleman who managed his team with decisiveness. I am happy to recommend Glam Foods to any individual or business that requires professional culinary services.
