German fully engaged the group to actively participate in the preparation and cooking process and shared his cooking insights in a very casual tone. From the tomato crabmeat with baby arugula bruschetta to the roasted miso sake salmon with thai basil, the dishes were fragrant and simple to create!
German taught us techniques that would cut time in the kitchen and create efficiencies to help optimize a menu plan. I feel confident in preparing a delicious gourmet meal for my family and friends.
