Chef Lam Connects with Customers

German’s take on food is a simple one, enjoy what you do and the rest will fall into place. I appreciate the effort he puts forth in our store every time he demonstrates with us. My customers give great feedback to me and my management team, he answers their questions, shows them to step by step, and perks their interest.

If they feel more confident, thanks to the knowledge he imparts, then they’ll be more successful on their own and come back for more.

German really knows his stuff and is able to pass that on in a way that everyone can latch onto. Knowledge is key, it builds confidence and pushes us forward to try even more and that’s when the love of food and cooking is born!
