Moms, you’re not welcome at German Lam’s cooking school for boys ages 18 to 24. This summer, the chef and private instructor is offering three lessons (each two hours long) in the kitchens at Erbaluce restaurant in Bay Village.
“A restaurant kitchen alone is a great place to experiment,” writes Lam in a press release. “It’s like setting guys loose in a body shop!”
