Presented by the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation and the Waltham West Suburban Chamber of Commerce. Additional sponsors include Gordon’s Fine Wine and Liquors, Nelson Companies, Rockland Trust, and The Westin Waltham-Boston. Food for demonstrations generously provided by Hannaford Supermarket. Hosted by Jam’n 94.5 personality Krazy Kulo.
Over twenty restaurants showcasing their cuisine, as well as cooking demonstrations, fine wine tastings, music, a silent auction, a special appearance of a James Bond DBS Aston Martin, and more!
For 2010, the festival has a new partner, a new home, and new exciting experiences. The Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation is pleased to welcome the Waltham West Suburban Chamber of Commerce as its presenting sponsor. Hosted at the luxurious Westin Hotel, over three hundred event attendees from Waltham and Metrowest communities will enjoy an elegant evening of food, wine, music, and surprises.
Each guest will enjoy champagne and samplings from some of Waltham’s most popular restaurants. A bounty of fine wines, served by the sommeliers of Gordon’s Fine Wine and Liquors, will be available to complement the cuisine.
In addition, Waltham area cultural attractions, such as the Waltham Philharmonic Orchestra, will provide entertainment through the evening, along with cooking demonstrations from Waltham’s own celebrity chefs. The festival will also showcase innovations past and present, including an Aston Martin DBS, and more.
Guests will have a chance to win valuable gifts, such as weekend getaways, dining experiences, spa treatments, gym memberships, children’s events, birthday celebrations, and more at the silent auction. This year’s silent auction highlights include a Cape Cod Getaway, a night on the town including an evening with the Red Sox, a cruise on the Charles River followed by dinner in Boston, and more.
