Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. What you eat will help power you through the day. That’s why we went to Chef German Lam for this breakfast of champions power oatmeal smoothie. This isn’t just your average bowl of Wheaties either. “We start off the morning everyday with this smoothie. You can add your favorite ingredients such as: soy milk, organic milk, peanut butter, wheat germs, cooked oatmeal, dry fruits and nuts to give it more nutrients. Your “Ferrari” body needs real food to perform 24/7,” says Chef Lam.

What You’ll Need

  • 1 cup Containers Greek Non-Fat Yogurt
  • 32 oz Organic Almond Milk
  • 5  fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of raw oatmeal oat
  • 1 Tablespoon of raw honey
  • 1 Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 Ripe banana

Directions

Place ingredients into a blender and puree.  If the texture is too thin or too thick, use less or more oatmeal or more milk. You can make this recipe better by adjusting it to your favorite tastes.
